The Law Firm was established by the Lawyer Hon. Giorgio Suppiej in the 1920’s. Professor Barrister Giuseppe Suppiej, University Professor of Civil and Labour law, led it for decades, and it is now maintained and implemented by Lawyer Bartolomeo Suppiej and his collaborators. The expertise we gained in a century of professional activity has developed a wide expertise in civil law, with particular reference to commercial law, succession and real estate law. The primary rule of the Law Firm is to offer services aimed at preventing disputes. However, we have gained significant experience over the years in litigation and arbitration, both as counselors for the defence and as arbitrators, in complex and sensitive legal issues. We therefore provide legal assistance in all types of civil and commercial disputes, having specific experience in hundreds of judicial disputes and out-of-court disputes. We provide full judicial and out-of-court assistance to Italian and foreign customers with high specialization in all sectors of civil law, with particular reference to acquisitions of real estates, company contracts, safeguard of assets and succession. Thanks to our consolidated long-term experience in techniques of contracts drawing up, we offer assistance for the drawing up of main trade agreements (sale, supply, tenancy and rent, mortgage, tender, transport, agency, power of attorney and mediation, distribution, licensing, agricultural contracts, etc.) and private deeds (wills, trusts, family agreements, etc.). Consulting to firms and companies extends to banking matters related to loan agreements, issue of guarantees and other financial transactions and related litigation, thanks to a three-year’s experience of Adv. Competence in the field of inheritance extends to the various forms of transmission of real estaes, including trusts and family agreements. The primary objective is the assistance to the members of a family to deal consciously and in depth all various issues related to title, protection and administration of the assets in the generational transfer of estates.
